I had the incredible opportunity earlier in the year to visit some amazing places in East Africa and take along some Sony gear to capture the journey.

Kenya & Tanzania are beautiful places to explore and I was able to use Sony’s FE 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 GM to film and photography the wildlife and people we met along the way.

Having such a long zoom lens was the perfect option for shooting the wildlife in the various national parks. It allowed us to stay a safe distance away and still get some amazing shots that feel close and intimate with these wild animals.

The autofocus on this lens plays really nicely with native Sony E-Mount cameras and it was never a problem when working with these unpredictable creatures.
